Zaki Mohammed is a progressive Sustainability professional who is also the recipient for Energy Manager of the year Middle East (AEE), for his contribution in Energy Efficiency & Decarbonization strategies across MENA region and beyond. As Director of Sustainability Advisory, at Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD), Zaki plays a pivotal role in bringing advanced sustainability solutions to the built environment including ESCO model approach and developing technical tools and manuals for Carbon neutrality & GHG Emissions reduction. In addition to instructing thousands of individuals in Sustainable Development and Energy Efficiency, Zaki also serves as a trainer for the AEE's Certified Energy Manager (CEM) course. He is also managing and supervising the assessment of sustainability in building services as a part of sustainability audits conducted to certify green buildings across the MENA region.

He is a qualified hotel management specialist and holds a professional certificate in Sustainable Tourism from the Global Sustainability Tourism Council. In the past he has been speaker, panellist and moderator at several high profile conferences such, talking about sustainability and WELL-Being in workplaces and the build environment.
Hala Yousef

Hala is a Sustainability Engineer with over 15 years of experience in design, building services, facilities management and government policy across the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. A Mechatronics and Environmental Engineer by trade, Hala focuses on delivering innovative sustainability and environmental engineered solutions within the built environment and infrastructure development. She has worked on multiple high-profile projects within the region, driving sustainable solutions from strategic evaluation, project inception, design, construction, commissioning, and handover, all the way through to operations. Hala is currently spearheading the Race to Net Zero with several clients to achieve ambitious, unchartered targets.
Hassan Younes

Hassan Younes is the Co - CEO & Founder of grfn, a multi-disciplinary consultancy and has over 15 years of extensive experience in the fields of Energy Efficiency, Design, Sustainability, and Project Execution and Management. Hassan has been involved in many high-end projects in the MENA region encompassing MEP designs, energy efficiency, commissioning management, sustainability and measurement and verification for new and existing buildings in the MENA region. He also was involved in energy and sustainability policy studies for many governmental entities in the GCC. He is a trainer for the ASHRAE Global Training Centre. He is a trainer for the Association of energy engineers’ Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
